We started this session bright and early on what might have been the coldest morning ever here in Atlanta. It was so cold, that I texted the family to tell them that if they wanted to be a few minutes late, that most definitely would not have been a problem. But they were ready to go and I have to say that while their fingers and toes might have been numb, their smiles most definitely were not.
I am always so impressed by the fortitude of kids in these situations. These two little ones so easily could have put their feet down on the whole thing and not participated, but they didn’t think twice about the cold temps. They twirled and laughed. They ran and jumped. They played in the leaves. And they snuggled their mommy and daddy tightly. When I started pulling up the images I wanted to share in this blog post I forgot for a minute just how freezing we all were because that’s not at all what I remember about the B Family’s session. I’ll look at this beautiful family and see how geniunely happy they are. And how much they genuinely adore one another. And friends, I got to witness that firsthand. (Insert happy face here.)
