My love affair for adorable stationery started years ago. See, I’m one of those people that thinks that by purchasing precious paper products, I’ll be more inclined to write letters (or just send thank you notes in a timely fashion). Unfortunately, I’ve discovered that much like those shiny running shoes I always buy, my precious stationery collects dust.
Luckily for me, the invention of Pinterest has rekindled my love affair. It was the perfect way to find my son’s first birthday party invitations, which I did. It didn’t take me long to fall in love with this specific designer. Everything she has to offer is cute and whimsical and just simply fantastic. And after the party was all said and done, it dawned on me that I should have ordered thank you cards…so that’s what I did. Did I mention they were matching thank you cards?
Well, clearly I couldn’t stop there. I had to order note cards for myself. As I have an obsession with chevron, I was drawn to these…with a slight tweak in the colors, she designed exactly what I wanted. And because I’m totally neurotic, I had to have these note cards for Camden. He received the a Radio Flyer wagon for his birthday and I couldn’t think of more perfect stationery than this.So if you’re ever looking for paper goods that are fun and frivolous and fitting, I hope you’ll check out Olive + Star on etsy. Nichole Spears is incredibly talented and one of the nicest people I’ve ever done business with.
Thanks Nichole for keeping my stationery drawer stocked!
