marietta, ga child photographer | crosby and the garage session

Sounds so glamorous, doesn’t it?  A photo session in the garage?  This is what happens when I’m left to my own devices and have some weird need to take pictures.  You find a nice spot (no car in the way),  some pretty light, any kid off the streeet (I kid, I kid), and take photos.  Okay, so maybe it’s not that easy, but honestly, it kind of is.  It’s funny, you find something you like and you want more of it.  In my case, it’s photographing children’s faces.  They are so honest.  They show up with peanut butter on their cheeks, stamp tattoos on their arms, and can bring a smile like you’ve never seen before.  Maybe this new little garage series has some legs to it. Tell a kid you’re going to take their photos in a garage and you never know what kind of face you’re going to get.
So if you’re walking by and I’m out playing a little front yard baseball, stop on by and have your picture taken.  You never know, I might even offer new “studio” sessions soon.   Thanks to my sweet model, Crosby, for being the perfect face of childhood.
