When the rain decides at the last possible to second to let up and your clients are all in!  The session was beautiful and sweet and adorable and my camera took 10 minutes to defog from the heat and humidity, but in the end it was worth it.  An empty location meant no distractions, just two happy kids and one perfect family session.
