Recently, I read somewhere that the details matter.  It’s true.  We get lost in perfect moments that we lose sight of those details that make us who we are.  And who we love.  Details like our children’s personalities.  How some are bold and daring while others are a little more quiet and reserved.  Some stick by mommy and others want to be alone.  Maybe it’s the tiny pigtails your daughter has or the fact that she brought raisins to the session…reminding you of the photo you have of yourself as a little girl holding an almost identical box of raisins.  Because all of those tiny, seemingly insignificant details, make up the people that we love.  Our husbands, our wives, our children.  Those details will be the sweet memories we carry with us forever.
