In January I was lucky enough to photograph my dear friend Kelley’s maternity session. Let’s just say it was the first for both of us. Needless to say we had a blast working with poses, having Kelley and Jeff try to act natural, making sure Murphy, Kelley’s first child, had enough photo ops. So it kind of went without saying that I would want to photograph her shower.  See, sometimes that’s the problem with me.  I show up with a camera, ready to go whether you like it or not.  I try not to be obnoxious about it, but let’s be honest, when you have a massive lens in your face, sometimes it gets old.  Luckily, the guests at Kelley’s shower were incredibly patient and kind.

Isn’t Kelley’s mother the cutest thing you’ve ever seen?

And her niece?  GORGEOUS.

This sweet little peanut and her beautiful mom were the best, allowing me to take picture after picture of the two of them.  Please note the baby Adidas! I’m dying!!

Congratulations Kelley! I can’t wait to meet your beautiful baby boy!
