Each year I photograph this family, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.  See, I’ve been photographing them since that adorable little boy was a precious little one month old baby.  Back when I thought I knew what I was doing.  Back when I thought I was okay at photography.  (Side note: I didn’t.  Side note, I wasn’t.)  But regardless, they trusted me the next year, and the year after that, and have continued to trust me every year since.  Yes, I am grateful.  And I am so incredibly lucky to be able to show them how wonderful they are.  Also, they smile.  And they smile a lot. If you’re ever wondering what makes a photographer happy (because isn’t that what everyone is wondering?) it’s happy and loving families.  Like these guys.
