This fall season has been amazing. I’ve been so incredibly lucky to not only meet a ton of new families, but connect back up with ones I’ve photographed before. I met the Pate’s almost exactly a year ago. Sullivan was barely standing up and Duke was just as regal as ever. But this session welcomed the family’s latest additions- newborn twins, Thomas and Charlotte.
I was thrilled to get to see this sweet family again…and to meet their precious little babies for the first time. We held the session at the family’s house and Duke, one of the greatest dogs ever, hopped in a few of the shots.
My favorite part of the entire session was how Sullivan continued to kiss on his baby brother and sister. It’s apparent how much he loves them. Those are some lucky babies.
Lyn Slattery - I love the fantastic shot of Sullivan in motion. He looks so intense. What a handsome child. But my favorite is the one of the little one on the floor with her mom. Great colors and lighting (sun gleaming through her hair). I think the baby is watching you! You did a great job photographing babies so young. I would imagine it would be quite difficult.
