I haven’t been much for blogging in the past year. But have found myself needing this little outlet more than ever. Sharing photos has always made me happy. Seeing images in larger format than what we have grown accustomed to on Instagram is necessary. Truth be told, I think Instagram does a disservice to photographers. You don’t get to see the little laugh lines on people’s faces. You miss out on the freckles, the dimples, the bright blue eyes. You miss out on the beautiful little details that define each of those precious captured moments. So while I will always share images to Instagram, the blog and it’s bigger images will always have my heart. Also, printed photos. Larger than life printed photos.
