Have you ever worried about your photo session being too stuffy? Or too posed? Or all of those things that you’re not? One of the things I hear most from new clients is that they don’t want to look like robots, but they also don’t know how to act in photos. As someone who is hands down the most awkward subject ever, I make it my goal to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. I’m not one for super posed, but respect that there is direction needed to help you look and feel confident. We’ll call that “new direction”. I’m about as go with the flow as you can imagine at sessions so we spend our time wandering and finding the most perfect spots that reflect you and your personality.
Ciara and Sophia, two of the most incredible seniors I have been fortunate to photograph, knew exactly what they wanted with their senior session. And every bit of it was them. Personality and sunshine and bright and beaming smiles. We met up at Marietta Square and took our time wandering around the side streets where the goal was to let them be themselves. A few outfit changes, some brightly colored murals, and morning sunlight helped make their session magical. In reality, they brought the magic. The Square just highlighted it.
If you’re a senior who has been putting off your senior photos, because the idea stresses you out, give me a shout.
