It’s funny how quickly the busy season came and went. I truly love October and November because of the new families I meet and the new memories I get to help them create. But I can’t believe that this session took place 2 and a half months ago! Seriously, where does the time go? The Wylie’s and I met early one Saturday morning back in November on what was a truly foggy morning. To be completely honest I wasn’t entirely loving it. As a photographer, it’s all about the light…sunrises and sunsets are pretty much the gold standard for perfect lighting. Fog…not so much. But after I took that first shot I was smitten. With the family and the fog . The photo below was taken at the beginning of the session and I wholeheartedly loved this image. The faces and the warmth (even on a cold fall morning) made for an ideal session. The blondies were just an added bonus.
Thank you Wylie family.

I have always wanted to shoot in the fog! I feel like it makes an overcast day more interesting. That first family shot is stunning!
