With the exception of my brief stint as a food blogger, I’ve known for some time that I wanted to photograph people. Even more than that, I wanted to photograph happy people who have the ability to let go of the moment and show how full their hearts are of love for their family. You experience these moments every day. Maybe it’s that feeling you get when your son makes you an out of this world mother’s day card. Or maybe it’s when your little girl ties her shoes all by herself for the very first time. Maybe it’s when you’re stressed about life and work and just being a human in general, when your baby grabs your fingers and squeezes them tightly. You have this little pang of emotion in your heart that only you know is there and it’s hard to share that with others. And that’s everything I want to do for you.
